The prime minister and the minister of culture signed contracts with him but stopped all correspondence a few weeks ago.

He will sue them of course but it’s very likely that nobody will receive damages, the Moldavian government is clearly not intimidated by a concert promotor and they don’t have to answer to anybody, they just do as they please…

a shame…

De band brengt een mengelmoes van Balkan, ska en reggae en de vonk op het publiek slaat onmiddellijk over. Het halve plein is aan het dansen en alsof dat niet genoeg is, wordt er ook begonnen met onophoudelijk stagediven en crowdsurfen…Frontman Gregor vindt het allemaal prachtig en weet hoe hij de menigte moet bespelen. Zijn stellingname tussendoor om zijn afkeer van racisme en fascisme te uiten, wordt met luid gejuich ontvangen. Evenals het tapdansgedeelte als intro van ‘Tutti frutti’. Omstreeks twintig minuten voor het officiële einde verdwijnt de band naar achter, waarna presentator René Bom hen terughaalt. Het uitzinnige publiek gaat opnieuw helemaal loos en als de formatie klokslag middernacht definitief het podium verlaat, heeft René Bom de taak om al het losgeslagen wild tot bedaren te brengen. En natuurlijk iedereen te motiveren volgend jaar weer terug te komen. 3VOOR12 Den Haag zal er in elk geval bij zijn!
